Dakota in new Honda sales was outstanding over the holiday break. He went above and beyond for us and with a smile. He was fast, nice, honest, and knew just how to help us with our purchase. What a great experience in the middle of a pandemic. He even delivered the paperwork curbside while working during a lunch break. Bailey McVety and Joe Anton are the best! Not only were they extremely kind, but they also went above and beyond the norm!! The knowledge they both have is outstanding!! Bailey put us in quality vehicles and was honest about what he felt was the better choice...In terms of our needs as business owners!! Bailey has also been available whenever we call with follow-up questions! Joe helped us with financing options. Our customer service experience with Joe and Bailey was awesome!! As a first-timer purchasing my very first car, I didn't know what to expect and how long the process would take. When I got to Jim Riehl Friendly Honda, the kind receptionist directed us to Rick Klaiss (sales manager) to help us get started the paper process knowing that I was on a time crunch afterward he sent us over to George Jablonski. George is extremely professional and helpful I definitely recommend him if you are a first-time buyer looking for a car. With the time crunch, George helped me process the rest of the paperwork and thoroughly explain to me the safety features of my new car. Overall, this is the best experience I've had. Everyone here was extremely kind and super friendly. I'm so glad I made my first car purchase here, this is top-notch customer service.

Love the service team at this dealership! Today I brought in my car to fix the touch screen that wasn't working. They were able to fix it with a software update at no charge. They also did a multipoint inspection, which is always appreciated. Also want to thank them for the shuttle ride to my house and back. A very nice young man driving!
